1:1 Somatic Coaching

We start with a complimentary first session for me to understand your individual needs and stories.

Subsequent sessions involve:

  • Somatic movement and body awareness practices
  • Nervous system regulation and stress reduction practices
  • Breathwork and mindfulness
  • Movement adaptations for your body and routine
  • Prenatal and postpartum considerations
  • Rest, recovery, and sustainable self-care
  • Yoga philosophy and self-inquiry

Depending on your interests and goals, our work may also draw from frameworks such as:

  • The Chakra System
  • Ayurvedic Doshas
  • Polarity and energetic balance
  • Archetypal energies inquiry
  • Contemplative and reflective practices

Who is this for?

These sessions are particularly suited for those who participated my classes before and would like more individualized guidance for a deeper exploration of their movement practice. However, this is not a prerequisite.
