Is the course suitable for all trimesters?
Yes it is. Each session is carefully designed with a theme relevant to the unique needs of pregnant bodies as they change and grow. If you have no underlying medical conditions, injuries, or complications with your pregnancy, the course is generally safe throughout all trimesters. However, it is always recommended to consult your healthcare providers if you have any concerns or doubts.

Let me be frank with you.
As a lifelong yoga practitioner, I never doubted the healing and transcendental power of yoga. So naturally, when I began preparing for parenthood, I turned to yoga — expecting clarity, grounding, and strength.
Instead, I was met with myths:
😐"Prenatal yoga is just gentler yoga"
😐"Pregnant bodies are too fragile to move"
😐"Prenatal yoga will guarantee ___ (fill in the blank with “an easy, pain-free birth”, “uneventful pregnancy”, “fast recovery”)
I knew none of these were true so I went on to deepen my understanding of the anatomy and harmonious hormonal dance of the female body.
Now I am committed to guiding every birth journey with nuance, trauma-awareness, and respect for the sacred complexity of the perinatal journey.
I’m a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) at the highest level through Yoga Alliance, and trained under a DONA-approved birth doula program.
