Is the course suitable for all trimesters?
Yes it is. Each session is carefully designed with a theme relevant to the unique needs of pregnant bodies as they change and grow. If you have no underlying medical conditions, injuries, or complications with your pregnancy, the asana (posture) practice is generally safe throughout all trimesters. However, it is always recommended to consult your healthcare providers if you have any concerns or doubts.
All purchase of any module is considered also as an agreement to the terms and conditions of the waiver.

Birthwork found Angora after a decade of yoga practice, during which she believed her path was set toward teaching vigorous styles of yoga. But birthwork opened a new door—one that honors the body's natural cycles, encourages the surrender of ego, and embraces the unknown with grace. Through teaching and learning prenatal and postnatal yoga, along with her training as a doula, Angora healed ancestral trauma and deepened her understanding of anatomy. Now, she passionately advocates for functional movement in prenatal and postnatal yoga, guiding those bringing life into the world toward their ideal birthing journeys.
